My name is Jaxin Mackienruf. I am a second year student at UW Milwaukee and have always had a passion for kids. I am studying American Sign Language Interpreting at UWM, so I would be more than willing to work on sign language with your children; It would be great practice for me! My step mom owns a daycare of 8 children, and whenever I go back home I help with the daycare nonstop. In the past, I have been a waitress at 3 restaurants. At each one, I became a babysitter for co-workers and customers because everyone knew my caring attention for children. Most of my experience is with 1 week old infants, infants 2 months-12 months, and children from 2-6 years old. Also, I am a coach for Special Olympics with the ages ranging from 6-35 years old. I am CPR certified, and know what to do for Read more kids/adults of all sizes. From working with Special Olympic athletes, I have a lot of experience with seizures and how to take care of the situation during and after. I am extremely pet friendly and would be wiling to take care of the animals along with all my other duties expected for the children. I have a 4 door Saturn, so I am able to transport the children if they need to get to and from school, extra curricular activities, sports, etc. I do not know how much children will be involved in my career, so while I am still in school I would love to be a babysitter.
