Hello, I am Melody High, household manager. It would be my pleasure to talk over the phone or in person. I am accustomed to the description you gave in your ad. I love to take care of children and the home. I have previous experience with household management and childcare services. I’ve been in the early Childhood field for 15 years or more. I am very diligent in being in attendance every day, I provide nutritional meals, art projects, and outdoor play. I am accustomed to implementing a daily routine, fun and educational activities, as well as nurturing children to meet developmental milestones. I am great with pets. I am very organized and great with detail. I am very familiar with fun activities in the North Shore and surrounding areas for teens and young children. I am office savvy, and have experience with printers, computers, fax machines, billing, sorting, alphabetizing, Read more and I make an amazing mac and cheese, I’m great with vegetarian and vegan meals too. I am deep into home curriculum for preschoolers. I strongly believe in free exploration with guidance from myself. I read books with children and encourage speech through fun literacy activities like puppet play. We will do fun things together like make home made dough, or baking projects. We will have fun on stroller rides, and visiting the pool or sprinkler in the summer. We can play soccer or other ball games at the park and in the yard. I love to dance and sing. We can sing along with piano playing at times or visit the music school where I teach piano. There are free story times at nearby libraries and book stores. I love the zoo, and Betty Brinn Children’s Museum. We can talk about different types of foods at the grocery store, and do money math at the cash register. I love to relate real experiences to cognitive learning. In the fall we could pick apples, and decorate pumpkins. I like to show children how to make home made applesauce in a crock pot. On walks we can talk about the weather and count cars as they go by. We can do so many art projects that you’ll need a binder for them. I will teach the children how to brush their teeth and wash their face. I am great with potty training and diapering. I have taken care of mildly sick children, and children with special needs. I am great with middle school children. Middle school was my favorite time. I was into music, my friends, theatre, and track. I have taught middle school children and have taken a state certified, school age course.
