I have had previous experience in care giving through many opportunities to babysit children in my old neighborhood. I was responsible for making meals, providing transportation, and putting the children to sleep while keeping them entertained throughout my time with them. The age range of children I would be responsible for was between the ages of 8 months - 7 years old, with involvement of 1 or more children at a time. I was also employed at funflatables (a jumpy house place for kids) being responsible for allowing kids to have a fun time while parents can relax. I started care giving because I love kids and I understand the need for parents to need a break. For me being able to provide good care without having parents worry is a big component in what a care giver should be.
