In the past I have work with Kids at Blue Harbor Resorts as a Lifeguard and Kids Club attendant. As a lifeguard I've gained the following skills: Emergency response to all types of situations ranging from sun burn to dismemberment including spinal injuries, maintain focus on all activities going on around to insure safety, Keep all guests happy and having fun Safely. In the Kids Club I've gained the following skills: Plan, Setup, Run, and Clean up all special events Including but not limited to Bingo, Easter Egg Hunts, Sand Castle Contest, Putting Contest, limbo. I Read Story time at the end of the night to crowds of children and their parents. Sold arts and crafts such as: tie dye, painting piggy banks, Glitter tattoos, and other crafts. In the kids club. I also hosted birthday parties. I spent a lot of time with the guests and their children to Read more ensure the had an amazing time. In this position I was nominated for Employee of The Month 3 times for the Whole Resort. I have always like working with children when i was in High School i was part of a group called D.R.E.A.M Catchers (Diversity, Respect, Equality, Acceptance in Motion. We would go to Elementary, Middle, High Schools including some colleges preforming skits to teach manners, acceptance, and diversity in people and cultures. From There I wanted to go into Elementary Education I didn't finish because I've made mistakes when i was young. I'm a good person who made mistakes and learned from them. I regularly babysit my Brothers 4 children ages 6,3,2 and 7 months
