I worked for a short time as a after school caregiver for the YMCA. I also have been a babysitter for quite some time. I have 3 nephews and a niece aging from two years old to twelve years old. I have been a constant in their lives, we enjoy a range of activities from crafts, board games outdoor play to attending movies at theatres and attending boy scout meetings with my two older nephews. My seven year old is also on the autism spectrum (which does not change the amazing person he is or mean he is any harder to care for than his siblings) so I have some limited experience with children with special needs. I am not squeamish when it comes to caring for infants, since I have been involved with my niece and nephews since their births. I would like to do a short trial run Read more with your children if chosen just so we can get to know each other, I am used to caring for four children at once, although I would be most comfortable only caring for a maximum of three children at a time. I do try to be fun but I can also be serious when necessary, but seeing as they are children I am never unreasonably cruel. I also have experience if you require in pet sitting I have occasionally in the past done pet sitting for a few acquaintances when needed. my experience includes dogs and cats but not limited to ferrets, house broken pigs and reptiles. Such as feeding, walking, bedding( cage) care and simply supplying companionship when necessary. The number of pets I am comfortable caring for would be at most three dogs with as many other small pets as you own. My usual pet party includes three dogs, a cat, snake, lizard, ferret, birds, fish, hamsters, collection of chickens, small pig. My hours are flexible, I am quite friendly and energetic. My hourly rate of $5.00-$10.00 is dependent on if overnights care is needed. i am available in both aspects for overnight, weekend and vacation care(for pets)
