While working full time myself as a nurse I find that I am missing so many of my son's first's. The first time he babbled, the first time he rolled over and the first time he sat up unassisted! I missed them all because I was at work caring for others. It has been a short time since his first birthday and I dread leaving him to go to work as I am sure most mothers do. So I figure why not stay home with my baby and babysit . It would be good for him to have a buddy to play with. I have been a nurse since 2005 and have current healthcare provider CPR card. I have had a PALS (pediatric advanced life support) card in the past when I worked in pediatrics at the hospital but never renewed it since I was no longer working there. I Read more am looking to babysit for only one family full time. I would prefer ages from infant to 3yrs only due to wanting a child close to my child's age. I am open to babysitting during all hours. Being a nurse I know the struggle of coworkers trying to find quality child care who work evening and night shifts.
