We are a family of 4 with two parents that work full time. Dad has a hospital schedule and is gone all day on Wed/Thurs/Fri. Mom works until 6 or 6:30pm M-F.

We have a nanny that works 8-4pm with an hour or so of cross over with the sitter to allow the nanny to organize the house.
Mostly play with the pre school aged child and the 1 year old. There is one day where the sitter will need to drive a short distance to take the pre school aged child to a gym class for 1 hr
