Need reliable babysitter for two young children, ages 5m and 2f. From 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturdays. You should have experience with special needs and caring for multiples. Need reliable transportation. Tasks include engaging the children in play, preparing light snacks, and ensuring a safe environment. TV time is okay. Comfortable with diaper changes/potty time. Let the dog out back once or twice.

Looking for someone who is *patient and ready to make a positive impact. 5M is speech delayed, behavioral issues, temper and emotion disregulation. Need extreme patience and understanding. 1cat, 1dog- friendly. Cameras running 24/7. Usually** at least 1 parent will be present at all times. Master bedroom off-limits. Messy house, crumbs galore. Pay contingent on experience.

To reiterate: 5m is speech delayed with behavioral issues. Specifically looking for someone who has a background/education in childcare who understands the difficulties in handling a child who has trouble regulating negative emotions and difficulties expressing themselves. Both parents work full time so the house is usually in a bit of chaos come Saturday as the crumbs and toys and messes get cleaned up Sunday.

The kids need a firm but caring hand to guide them. 5m is potty trained, 2F is not. Comfortable with diaper changes. Usually require a snack mid morning.

TV time is okay but looking for someone who can actively play with them and use the toys to create a fun environment.

No call no show will result in immediate dismissal—no exceptions. Mom works nights, gets home at 7am. Need you here at 8am to take over. Dad works full time and may sleep in or run errands in AM; need to be comfortable being alone. Dad will always have cell phone. Cameras in every room recording to Google/Nest.
