Looking for a responsible sitter a few times a month for our son and daughter

My wife and I are looking for a consistent sitter to allow us to have a night out a few times a month. We have two children and a dog.
We would like someone young who can have fun with the kids, play games, make dinner and put kids to bed.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
