This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and takes a proactive, educational approach to after-school care. Monday–Thursday, 3:30–5:30PM (flexible). Optional Fridays.
• Provide homework support for 8-year-old, helping with reinforcing skills
• Work with 5-year-old on early learning skills such as reading, basic math, and school readiness
• Reinforce positive learning habits, routines, and confidence
• Supervise and engage in play after academic tasks are complete
• Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment
• Light tidying (toys, snacks, etc.)
• Parent is home (working in an office), so support is nearby
• Easygoing, respectful household
