About the Position

We are seeking a dependable, caring, and organized nanny to help care for our 8-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate is punctual, has a safe driving record, enjoys working with children, and can help keep her on schedule with school and extracurricular activities.

Primary Responsibilities

* Safely transport our daughter to and from school as needed.
* Pick her up from school each afternoon.
* Drive her to dance classes and other scheduled activities.
* Supervise her after dance and at home until a parent returns from work.
* Prepare light after-school snacks or simple meals.
* Assist with homework when needed.
* Encourage positive behavior and maintain a safe, structured environment.
* Communicate with parents regarding daily activities, schedules, and any concerns.
* Occasionally assist with weekend childcare when requested (advance notice provided whenever possible).

Qualifications

* Prior experience caring for school-aged children.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
* Non-smoker.
* CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
* Dependable, patient, professional, and trustworthy.
* Able to pass a background check and provide references.

Schedule

* Monday through Friday
* Primarily after-school hours, with occasional morning school drop-offs as needed.
* Occasional evenings or weekends based on our family’s schedule.

Compensation

* Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
* Mileage reimbursement may be provided for transporting our daughter to activities.

We want someone who is energetic, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys helping children thrive while maintaining a structured schedule.
