We are seeking an organized, emotionally intelligent, and reliable Family Assistant to support our three teens (12, 14, 16).

We need a confident adult to act as the household lead during busy after-school hours. Responsibilities include: pickup (4–5 pm), providing structure and coaching (especially for our 12-year-old with ADHD), managing routines and homework, modeling healthy communication, and light meal prep/cleanup.

Schedule: alternating weeks only (~2 weeks/month), with the possibility of hours on off weeks if desired. Ideal for a graduate student, teacher, or youth development professional seeking predictable, part-time supplemental income.
