I started babysitting as a teenager, worked as a live-in nanny in New York when I was 18, and then worked as a nanny for a family for 5 years, even through nursing school. I've been working at a birth center the past 2 years and am cutting back on my hours there due to being pregnant. I'm looking for something to supplement my income over the next few months, while still doing something that I love. I work 2 days a week at the University of Arkansas as a clinical instructor as well. I really enjoy caring for children of all ages, though babies are certainly my specialty.
