My name is Mandy Qiu. I am currently a junior attending University of California, Santa Cruz. My major is Intensive Psychology. I have experience working with children. I have volunteered at Coast Community Preschool in Santa Cruz for a couple months, where I watched children during free time, play with them during activities, read books during story time, made sure they ate their foods during lunch, and built friendships with each child. I have also babysat my baby cousins who are ages 7 and 9 during winter and summer breaks. The duties I were responsible for were making lunch/dinner, bringing them to the park and library, making sure they are asleep before their parents come home.
