Hello! I am Apollo Schafer, I grew up in a small town in Michigan and now live in ocean beach, CA. I just graduated from the University of Michigan last spring with a degree in sociology and a minor in community action and social change. During college I found my love for working with children when I spent my evenings working at an after school program in a disadvantaged community. Seeing them grow and learn throughout the year was such a rewarding experience. I was able to continue working with kids this past summer as I got the opportunity to work at the YMCA camp surf in San Diego for their day camp, teaching kids how to surf and sharing my love for the outdoors through various activities in a covid-safe environment. In my free time a few things I enjoy are, traveling (except this past year unfortunately), snowboarding, surfing, Read more hiking/camping, working out, petting dogs and my newest hobby has been learning about investing and trading.
