Hi there! I am currently a junior studying elementary education at the University of Idaho and am home in the Treasure Valley for the summer looking for work. This past year in college, I found that I have a passion for kids and they make me so incredibly happy, I never want to spend a day without them. I absolutely love working with kids of any age. This past year I worked with kids as an aide in an elementary classroom and a camp counselor at the YMCA. I also babysat as a teenager. This summer I am working at the Y again, but I don't always get full-time hours, so I would like to pick up some more hours babysitting/nannying. At the YMCA, I did many different camps, including Pre- K camps, fashion camp, international camp, cooking camp, and many others. I have experience with toddlers, preschool-age, elementary-age and Read more teenagers. I also have a lot of experience with children with special needs; I mentored many all through middle and high school. I can prepare meals for your children and also teach them how to cook! I have my own car and can take kids anywhere they need to go; I also have a clean driving record. I am comfortable with pets and can help any child with homework, my teaching education classes will definitely help with that! I am certified in CPR and Child Abuse Prevention.
