I first became a caregiver in my own home helping take care of my autistic brother. I picked him up from school and stayed with him until my parents got home. I administered his medicines to him and prepared snacks and simple meals for him to eat. I also helped him bathe and dress as needed. During the summers I would take him to his therapy appointments. I love working with children and have helped out with nursery at church. I have also helped at my churches VBS. I love animals and wouldn't mind looking after pets as well as children.
