Hi, my name is Alexa! I am a full time student at UNR with aspirations to become a history teacher. I love working with kids, and have experience babysitting as well as working at a childcare center with children ages 3-12. I am CPR and first aid certified, and have completed 12 hours of training courses to help me better care for children, in fields like signs of illness in children, childhood nutrition, and human growth and development. I am passionate about helping kids learn and grow, and provide arts and crafts, games, and other activities to keep kids moving, thinking, and having fun! I am also a volunteer tutor at Elementary Schools and The Salvation Army, and can help kids with homework in any subjects.
