I've been a stay at home mom for the last 19 years. I have always worked side jobs of watching others kids or cleaning. For five years I worked in our church as the children's ministry lead. Kids are so much fun to work with and they ask the best questions. In this job I had to organize my team, train them, solve problems, help parents with leaving there children, organize events and do weekly class room preparation. I also worked as a janitor for three years. My job details was to clean the building inside and out. I also had to order supplies, keep everything organized, and I trained my replacement.
