I first started babysitting when I was 10 years old, for my neighbors. Since then I have gotten 6 new nieces and nephews I have cared for over the span of 6 years. On top of that, 2 summers ago I worked for a Pottery store (Color Me Mine) where I learned how to care for special needs kids. I enjoyed working there a lot because I watched kids and help them paint pottery while their parents went on errands. I learned how to tend kids from ages under 1-15. I also worked at the Park City Ski and Snowboard School in Utah last winter and help 3-6 year-olds ski and get their equipment on. Last Summer I worked at a Kids Rope Course and Zip Line in Park City, Utah as well. I would harness kids and help them through obstacles and zip lines. If they got scared I Read more would calm them down, and some times carry them through the course. Last Fall I tended for a 1-year-old little boy in Hawaii for three months as well.
