We’re seeking a kind, reliable WOMAN to support our mother. She has mild-moderate cognitive impairment and needs daily structure and companionship. She lives with her son who is WFH with many meetings, son-in-law who is hybrid WFH 4 days/wk more available to answer Qs, and her 2 small dogs and her sons' 2 med-sized dogs.
~5 hrs/day, 5 days/wk (mostly M-F, some weekend flexibility). Potential for more hours.
Duties: companionship; short walks; keep to meal/snack plan; light meal prep; light housekeeping; lay out clothes and prompt changing; ensure she doesn’t leave alone (cameras at doors); occasional small pet tasks; note/report health/cognitive changes.
You: experienced with seniors/memory issues, calm, observant, proactive, trustworthy, COVID-vaccinated, dog-loving. Please share your experience & availability (reference/resume welcome!)
