My stepfather would benefit from periodic check-ins to take some burden off of my mother, who does everything he needs at the moment. He is mobile, even going to the grocery store each day, but he recently was in the hospital and is becoming weaker. My mother does a lot for him but would welcome support to have a few times a week. So, it is a general need for some support, with some healthcare focus.
