I’m looking for someone to spend time with my mom for 2 hours each day to help with meal prep/ordering food, light cleaning, laundry, and medication reminders. We’d also like this person to provide companionship and encouragement for personal care and movement.

My mom is visually impaired, has some issues walking, and has history of stroke making her somewhat cognitively impaired. She’s nervous about allowing a stranger into her home, so we’ll want to start with two days a week as she gets more comfortable.

Right now she’s located in Hamilton but may be moving to Lawrence soon, so we’ll want someone able to assist her in both locations.
