Whether raising my four children or the personal care I gave for 4 years to an elderly man, it was always with my whole heart. He spent the last year of his life at Harbor Chase Assisted Living in Jacksonville, who upon his passing made me their Activities Director. I have studied Fitness Nutrition, Exercise Therapy and am certified in CPR/AED.
