Nikki did great with our kids. Our son was really attached to her quickly and she was so caring with both of our children. She was really easy to get in touch with and willing to adjust to our last minute changes. we look forward to having her watch them again soon.

My boys had such a good time with Nikki! She was so flexible when I needed her to come a little earlier than originally planned and when our evening ran a little later. Great communication as well! She was so good about keeping us updated while we were away. We will be calling her again for sure. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are first-time parents, and finding a sitter for our 12-week-old son was terrifying. We are relatively new to Huntsville, and we don’t have any family here. We interviewed several sitters, and Nikki was hands down the best. She took notes, asked questions, and made us feel comfortable. On top of that, her references had nothing but amazing things to say about her. We had her watch our son for a few hours, and she was great with him! Very attentive, played, and kept him happy! I know finding a sitter is scary but I feel confident in Nikkis ability’s to watch over our little one and know she can do the same for your family! We look forward to having her in our family for many years.

I'm so thankful to have Nikki as my sitter. She has been a lifesaver. She is excellent with my daughter and she is very responsible. Where do I begin. Royneka has been more than a blessing to our family. Not only is she gifted when it comes to children, she is such a loving and kind person. My son is very, very shy and for the past 3 years we haven’t been able to have anyone stay with him. The first day he met Royneka, we expected the same issue of him getting upset and not wanting us to plan on leaving him. He was immediately taken with her and by the time she left, was saying “she’s awesome!” He loved her! We knew right away that she was the right person for him. She has been tutoring him to help him with his school work and he’s doing great! DON’T HESITATE! No matter how many candidates you’re looking at…. trust me, she’s THE RIGHT ONE.

I instantly fell for Nikki the moment I saw her page. Her personality speaks for itself. She cares so dearly for children. Your mind will be at ease because you will know your child/children are perfectly safe. She sends updates to keep you informed. Everything about her is super awesome! My son loves her & so do I

My husband and I would highly recommend Nikki! We recently moved here, 10 hrs away from family, and were nervous about a stranger watching our kids. I have significant chronic health conditions and my husband works full time, so it's difficult to get out for errands or date nights. With no family or friends nearby, we needed someone we could trust and build a rapport with. Nikki helped me feel comfortable through texts and a phone interview before coming to babysit. She was flexible when plans changed, which is very important to us with our lifestyle. She brought gifts for the kids to help break the ice and was very warm and friendly right off the bat. Her calm but bubbly personality made the kids comfortable within minutes; something that's important to every parent. Nikki sent me text, photo and video updates throughout the day. She is kind and respectful. You can tell she truly loves kids and wants to connect with them and who they are individually. Thank you Nikki!

Nikki came right in and instantly connected with my son. She was great and very responsible. She was available last minute and was a great help for me. My so woke up the next morning wondering where she went, know I know he enjoyed the time with her. Overall 11/10, would definitely recommend Nikki.

Nikki did an excellent job with our two kiddos. She was available last minute and picked up our family routine exceptionally fast. Bedtime can be chaotic, but she did an awesome job addressing issues as they came up and taking care of my babies. My daughter can be quite shy, but she was very comfortable with Nikki and gave her a hug before she left. Toddler seal of approval!

This was my first time having a babysitter for my 3 month old son and Nikki made me feel comfortable. She was available on short notice and kept constant communication. What I liked the most was that she provided me with updates and photos while she was caring for my newborn.

Nikki is currently the babysitter for my sweet baby boy. It wasn't hard to pick her out of all the applications I reviewed as she had such stellar reviews from previous employers. She is great with my baby. After her first day of watching him, he slept through the night and was so peaceful when I came back home to him. We needed an emergency babysitter today and Nikki was really fabulous. She responded to our message right away. She was very professional and texted me pictures of her day with our son. He is autistic and nonverbal but she was completely comfortable with him and confident about her experience in caring for children with special needs. We will definitely be calling her again!

Never thought I'd find anyone willing AND qualified to handle my brood !! AND then Neka walked in !! We have an 8mo, 6yo, two 8yos, 10yo, and an 11yo!! Even more, our 8 yo is disabled !
The first time Neka came to our home, she was very comfortable, welcoming, and confident in her abilities. Now our kids ask EVERYDAY, "Is Neka coming?"
She communicates with us very well and always arrives at promised time if not early. She has been available at the last minute when we've needed her.
When we return, the kids are very happy and tended to, house is neat and well kept, and full of smiles ! Couldn't ask for a better caregiver and friend for our family :)

Ms. Neka was a joy to work with. She answered all our questions, was very easy going, and personable. My four year old was instantly comfortable and keeps asking when can we have her back!

Neka is one of the most amazing care givers. She is very creative and gets the kids moving, and keeps them engaged in constructive activities. I travel often with my work, and have peace of mind knowing she is there to care for my children. She always gets the children learning about their surroundings with plenty of exploration and playtime. She provided care for our 5 year old boy and 4 year old girl. We are glad to have her as a” go to” sitter. She has made herself available for last-minute requests. And is always on time if not early. Neka has come to our family as a tutor to our 9 year old daughter who had been struggling with math. I would spend many evenings trying to teach my daughter, but as her mother I would only frustrate her.
I posted an ad saying that I needed someone that was energetic, could work with a child that was an "outside of the box" thinker, and could make the experience fun. Neka has met and exceeded my qualifications for a tutor. My daughter loves her, and looks forward to her visits. Neka messages her to make sure that she is staying on task the days that she isn't here. She has come up with creative ways to teach my daughter her math, and my daughter's most recent grades were improving.
Neka continues to work with Lexi on not only her Math, but she now includes other subjects too. We are so happy to have found Neka as she saved my sanity as a mother :)

Upon metting Neka my 2 year old warmed up to her almost immediately. (Which is rare with him.) She was was very friendly and even during the interview she was interacting with my son as if she was babysitting him. (Which impressed me that she would do so even in an interview!) She is awesome and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.

Neka has been great with my two children. She is always early and always confirms the days/times that she will be watching the boys. I like that she is confident in what she expects as a sitter. I appreciate her ability to be friendly yet authoritative with the boys and that she follows whatever rules that I expect them to follow. We will be using her again in the soon!

I was looking for a last-minute sitter, so I sent a message to Neka and she responded ASAP and was available for me that night. Upon coming to our home, she was friendly, comfortable, and immediately focused her attention on my 1 1/2 yr old daughter. Neka had won her over in minutes, playing with her toys and making her laugh. Her professionalism in messages and over the phone carried out for the evening as well... We will definitely give her a call next time we want to have a date-night!

Neka (aka Niki) has been a great find when it comes to babysitters, She is professional with us and the kids adore her.
