I am a girl who loves people, and I enjoy using my gifts and talents to serve others. I have a BA in History Education, and I am a certified history and English teacher with over 13 years of experience teaching in the public school system. I enjoy working with kids of all ages, and I pride myself to challenge each and every child I meet to approach life with in eagerness to learn and a desire to find their individuality. MY passion is helping them discover their purpose and setting the tone for them to be successful. The public school system is much too stressful an environment, so I am seeing ways to invest my time and talent more efficiently. I am multi-talented and an overachieving perfectionist, who excels at anything I set my mind to do. Throughout my time in undergraduate school, I held a variety of positions, including housekeeping, tutoring, baby sitting, helping the elderly, etc. I have over 30 years of experience using my talents to help those around me. I am gifted at taking a house that has been turned upside down, and putting it back in order. I have a strong eye for detail, decor, and organization. I am patient, compassionate, and entertaining. I love the elderly and find joy in encouraging them with a listening ear and entertaining them with my personality. I have had the pleasure of being a caretaker for a couple of different people who were needing end of life care, and I have met people that have made a forever lasting impression on me. I am looking for opportunities to continue investing into the lives of others and using my gifts to serve in my community.
