I have never been a paid care companion. However, I have taken care of my mother-in-law that was on dialysis before she passed. Also, all three of my children were very sick as babies, spending a lot of time in and out of hospitals. As I was contemplating where to give my time next, I remembered how difficult those times were in my own life and the people who helped me through it. I imagine if you are turning here that you are needing help. I would like to try to be a blessing to you and your loved one as you are going through a diffult time also.
