I recently employed Jennifer as a fill-in caregiver for my mother. So while she only worked 4 days for me, I feel I have a good perception of her abilities and demeanor.
Basically, I found Jennifer to be kind, patient, resourceful, efficient, and very pleasant. She was able to come in and assume my mother's care flawlessly and even was able to identify an interest in my mother that I had overlooked. This was my mother's desire to sing! Hearing that from Jennifer brought back memories of my mother singing to me and I thank her for that.
If you are lucky enough to employ Jennifer, I think you will have an employee who will not only fulfill the basics of her position, but will also go above and beyond to assure those in her care receive the best care possible (and then some!).

Jennifer was a fabulous sitter for my 2 boys. She took care of everything and even washed the dishes for us! I highly recommend her!

Jennifer was wonderful with my son. She was kind, she arrived on time and immediately started playing. My son's favorite part was singing songs with Jennifer. We were only able to use her once, but would have used her again in a heart beat.
