I'm a mature woman who has personal experience caring for two people with dementia, and other adults who trusted me enough during my care for them to put me as a secondary health power of attorney.
My professional experience comes in spending time as a dementia companion with knowledge of brain-engaging expressive arts and exercise practices. (see GeroStart.org for information on the non-profit where I am a volunteer)
