I assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dishwashing and laundry
Plan and prepare meals according to specific diet plans and assist in partaking of meals
Run errands; pay bills and perform shopping
Remind clients about their medication
Assist clients with walking, light exercise
Accompany clients to doctors’ appointments and support them during medical procedures
Observe clients to determine any changes in behavior and report to family Report any significant changes in the clients' needs and preferences to the family.
