I have been a Caregiver for over 5 plus years
My main goal is to give the best care I can to day the day fun with all kinds of things he or she would like to do.
My last job was to take her where she needed to go which would include going to the gym senior center helping out at many schools horseback riding movies doctor appointments shopping many many other things. The main job was just to be with them to listen and share stories maybe putting together a puzzle and just talking.
The one thing that you would never have to worry about is if I would show up for work this is what is important I believe because they depend on you.
