I am CPR/First Aid/AED certified & have been for over 30 years. I worked in Medical (owned my own consulting company) then went on to work 24 years for Santee School District. The last 12 years I ran the Out of School Time Program at several schools. I am a grammy (however my kids live in Oregon) I teach kids yoga, love to read to kids & teach cooking, crafts etc... I have 2 fur babies, Koda who is 14 & Scrappy who is 3 :) I am primarily vegetarian & have been most of my life, I juice & exercise daily.
