Before becoming a full time mom, I was a medical assistant in the civilian world, and a Medic in the Air Force.

I have taken care of my elderly mother when she required 24 hr supervision after life threatening illnesses. A kidney failure, and one year latter an open heart surgery for quadruple bypass.
I'm happy to say she survived both and is living and active life. She is 77 years old.

I believe those we care for should be treated with the utmost respect, compassion and dignity. While at the same time maintaining their care and wellbeing as the highest priority.
