My name is Madison Wells and I am a kind, patient, fun, and loving young worker and student. I'm 25 years old and I live in Long Beach. I lived with my older sister and my niece for my niece's entire life up until I moved out 8 months ago. She is now 8 years old and, as mentioned, I took care of her throughout her entire wonderful life! I am a responsible, caring, intelligent child-care-giver and I absolutely love caring for children.

I believe I am good at care-giving for children because I understand the child's point of view and I am patient while working with them. I am great at using positive reinforcement to better a child's behavior and to communicate with the child. Children respond really well to my relaxed, nurturing and assertive energy. I have extensive training and experience as a Behavioral Therapist for Special Needs Children and I work part time as a Behavioral Therapist.

I enjoy reading, writing, camping, and spending quality time with my family and friends. My goals include finishing my college degree and having my own apartment in which I will create my own art space so I can run multiple artistic projects from home while having a career in social work or teaching.
