I am looking for another job to full fill my career as a registered nurse. I am currently a caregiver for Ability Pathways Inc. in Upland, California. The Clients I provide care to are seniors with intellectual disabilities so I am extremely aware of all their needs and individual care plans. I have 3+ more years of experience and training. I know how to transfer with or with out a hoyer lift, change colostomy bags/diapers, provide G-tube feedings/feedings (chopped food or pureed), administer medication, laundry, grooming, arts and crafts, cleaning all areas of the home, charting if needed and or all personal care plans directed to me. I have my own transportation and very reliable. I've lived in Ontario, California for 12 years, so I do know all surrounding areas. I am available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. I take my job very seriously to ensure the person i'm caring for is loved and safe at all times. I have my resume and references on hand if needed as well. Pictures of copies of my resume and CPR certifications, i have everything you may ask for on hand, if you need professional references on my behalf please let me know. I am also registered under California social services as a registered home health aid for background check information (i have a squeaky clean background), i have the confirmation code and im just waiting in my certificate. Also please let me know what days, what hours and when I can start.
