I cared for my parents before they past away. I took them to doctors appointments, reminded them to take their medication help bath and dress them. I have also work as a caregive with a private company I enjoy working with my clients. I would go for walks with them, sat an talked with them, help clean house, laundry, cook, ironing (lite housework).
I have also helped my friend when he got hurt he needed to practice speaking , walking , bathing and some wound care, he needed transportation to an from doctors appointment and physical therapy.
