I have never formally worked in a place with people who are elderly. I have however helped two of my grand parents after they suffered strokes. I made their food, kept them company, played puzzles and games with them, reminded them of who everyone in the family was. I have also worked as a nanny/family assistant and so I understand the adaptation on working in a family home.
