Being a CNA is my second career. I aspire to become a nurse and am currently in college to take my prerequisites. In my previous career I managed a team of 10 to ensure data accuracy for a large international online book seller. I felt drawn to the medical field after my cousins both received double lung transplants. I took a CNA class and an acute care class and worked in HomeHealth in Seattle until we moved to Calfornia to be closer to aging parents with Parkinsons. Here I worked in HomeHealth for 6 months before I started going back to college. I volunteer at a hospital and together with my husband raise our 2 daughters.
