My name is Makela and I grew up with older parents. As time went by they needed more and more help with little things like brushing their teeth and just getting up. Personally to me when I was helping my mom and dad get around and do little things like help them go to the bathroom or shower I felt like I was helping them live longer and get better. Before my papa passed, he would tell me how nice it was that I didn’t put him in a convalescent hospital with the other folks. Being around someone constantly made him happy and less stressed in his last days. Knowing that has allowed me to help other families be at ease.
