Alisa took care of our baby daughter starting at two months of age. Lisa has many qualities that make her a great nanny. She has an infinite amount of patience and is very calm. This was particularly evident as our daughter was very difficult to bottle feed and easily cries. Lisa maintained her calm during these stressful times and after a few weeks with our daughter, Lisa was able to get her to feed consistently and is still the only person who can consistently bottle feed our daughter. Lisa also keeps in contact with us throughout the day sending updates via text and sending pictures of our daughter. We completely trust Alisa with our daughter and would recommend Alisa to anyone.
Lisa has been babysitting our 11 month old daughter for about 3 months now. Lisa is simply a baby-whisperer. She seems to anticipate what our daughter needs - food, a nap, a walk. She talks a lot to our daughter and they now seem to have their own baby language. She has also always been on-time, pays a lot of attention to detail and been very accommodating to special requests (like picking up our daughter from day care when needed).
We plan to continue to have her take care of our daughter - but since she has been so good, we also wanted to share a review.
Alisa babysat my 20 month old daughter twice and I look forward to seeing her again. She is very easy to communicate with and very good with my 20 month old. When she was over, she helped prepare my daughter's food, helped feed her, watched her while I got some things done.
