I have been working at Sutter Alta Bates Hospital for almost two years now. I work on the med-surgical unit where I have been able to expand my skills as a nurse assistant and also work in such a diverse environment. I also have experience in skilled nursing facilities and dementia care units. I have worked with toddlers and infants before in home settings as a baby sitter.I have the compassion and reliability skills for working well with people and enjoy helping others. I am very dependable, caring and patient. I treat others like they are my family to give quality care that I would want my own mother to have. I am open minded and ready to learn new tasks and very goal oriented. I am also in a nursing program completing my RN degree so my skill set is developing to help others, what I really look forward in doing. I like to read books, exercise, play with my dogs and enjoy family! I have professional and personal references available as needed.Also bilingual Spanish/English fluent in both!
