I have experience in many upscale nursing homes, but have found that I was limited in the amount of time I could spend with those that needed company or help. I also have found that there are many people, not just the elderly, that need either a long-term companion or just a short-term companion. It is not just a job or an obligation to me, it's an opportunity for my personal growth and I always learn something new through the wonderful people that I have helped.
