Hello,
I would like to introduce myself.
I am a dedicated professional, and well-qualified as a senior caregiver and advocate. I have a passion for serving seniors. I have 10+ years caregiving and advocating for two clients, my parents, husband and wife who had declining mental and emotional health.

I became a full time, live in caregiver to my folks. I was their companion. I saw to it they had the appropriate social interaction. I oversaw their ADLs, medication management, doctor's visits, grocery shopping, meal prep, housekeeping, outings and family pet care.

I am skilled and experienced with patients who have Alzheimer's and associated Dementia diseases. This requires a certain set of skills involving being adaptable and creative when interacting with clients experiencing cognitive decline with accompanying emotional changes. I am proactive in the assurance that my client receive the select services and care they will need.

I am currently finishing up my 4 year degree in Gerontology. I ultimately want to put my life experience and my education to work by becoming a senior advocate.

I am not new to this platform. I was although on the other side as I was the one looking for the appropriate care for my parents and it can be daunting.
