I have been blessed to have had the opportunity over the last 18 years to work with seniors in an assisted living community and in several private homes. I have provided many care/personal needs for my senior friends that include loving and compassionate help with daily life. Bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication management, errands/shopping, exercise, social interaction, live life activities like fishing trips, mountain drives, museums, movies and sporting events to name a few. While there are many more services I have detailed in the references and work experience sections in my bio, I customize it to my friends/elders' needs on an individual basis and develop as we journey along.
