I have been a caregiver for about seven years now. I am CPR certified and I am always willing to obtain any other certifications asked of me. I have worked for many families and cared for pets, children, children and adults with special needs, and the elderly.
I believe it is very important to provide the best care possible and maintain a level head even during high stress situations. Throughout my training and experience as a caregiver I have learned not only about my clients, but about myself as well. I become very passionate about the people I am helping and I always want every day to be the best day possible for the both of us. I am caring and compassionate about the work I do because I have the opportunity of working one on one with a person and I get to help make a difference in their life. My kind and loving nature can help make their days so much brighter. My clients have referred to me as a great friend in addition to being a great caregiver.
In the past I have helped with daily household activities, running errands, helping manage the household, light cooking and cleaning, helping my clients get around the home, daily walks, driving to and from places, and sometimes just being there to have conversation and offer my companionship.
