Deedee’s Bio

I have a Master's Degree in Counseling and have been spending MUCH time working with elderly folks. My mother is 91 and in a retirement home with Dementia. I spend at least 3 days/week with her running errands, taking her swimming and just filling in the gaps. I truly enjoy working with old people and find their stories and wisdom enchanting.

I have worked in the Boulder County District Attorney's Office for 6 years and recently quit so I could have a more flexible schedule in assisting with my own mother and to have more freedom to pursue my own interests.

My intention is to have a couple elderly clients that need assistance in the way of transportation, meals, overseeing medication, running errands or whatever they need.
