Susan M. Care Companion in Denver, CO 80260

Susan came into our home for three full days, with less than five days notice. This was our first experiences with a caregiver outside of family and friends and she soothed our nerves. Susan took the time to learn about my two children and our needs. My children actually said, "She is the best sitter we have ever had!"---coming from a 7 and 10 year old! She interacted with them through games, art projects, pretend-play, walks, books and even a little cooking. Susan is extremely reliable, down-to-earth, patient and caring. With her professionalism and way with children, she has become an asset for our family---thank you, Susan.

Susan came to our hotel while we were visiting Denver to watch our 18 month year old. She did an exceptional job and we would definitely recommend her.

Before the night she sat for us, she was communicative (text/phone/sittercity messaging) and made sure all logistical details were taken care of (e.g. She contacted the hotel to make parking arrangements, something that could have been an issue had she not planned ahead.)

She was warm and it did not take long for our son to take a liking to her. Her experience showed when she thought of a good way to distract him when we had to leave, avoiding a meltdown. She even brought a book to read with him, which was welcome as we only had a few with us b/c we were traveling.

I've only had Susan babysit my daughter once, but once was enough to make sure she watches Madeline again. My daughter had the best time with Susan and wanted her to babysit again immediately. Susan arrived early to talk over routine, answer questions etc. Very responsive to communication and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Susan is my first call now when I need a babysitter for my daughter.
