I became a caregiver when i met my boyfriend who is now my husband. His grand mother is 82 years old and is an acute heart failure. I have been by her side through a stroke and several TIA's. I monitor her vitals and blood pressure daily. I take her to all doctor appointments and help administer her daily medication for morning night and after noon.I am responsible for ordering medications and keep inventory for pills and blood testing equipment and oxygen tank orders. I take her glucose and Inr,Due to her current medical conditions these are needed to be monitored throughout the day. I also do house and yard work for her as well. Duties include washing and cleaning bathrooms,living rooms bedrooms,kitchen,laundry.and grocery shopping. I provide companionship and compassion that every elderly and disabled person deserves.
