I've been working with people who are elderly since 06', most recently, in a nursing home and assisted living settings in Therapeutic Recreation.   I am patient, reliable and compassionate.  I enjoy playing cards, knitting and reading books, or listening to music.  I had an amazing two year friendship with a woman with whom I volunteered; she was 93 when she passed.  I cherish ever minute we spent together. I have provided non-medical home/companion care, assisting with groceries, light house keeping, laundry and errands. I love animals and will also assist with pet needs. I am available for up to 4 hours a day, 2 days a week. I am happy to help where I can.
