I have much experience caring for those who need companionship as well as those with cancer, stroke, Alzheimer's disease, heart issues, kidney and diabetes. I am a retired teacher, nanny, babysitter, musician who has in the past cared for my bedridden elderly grandmother for 13 years! I took four hour shifts daily and longer on weekends to relieve my mother. I also took care of my mother and father with their home hospice care. I have degrees in the field of education and I am trained in CPR and first aid. I am well acquainted with sickness and body healing/care. I am dedicated, compassionate, honest, and humorous. Nancy nannied for our 2 boys ages 7&9 during the summer. She was dependable, responsible, and fun. She always kept the boys active, taking them on bike rides, swimming, or playing in the back yard. The boys really enjoyed having Nancy at the house. They were sad to see her go. Nancy was always on time and was very dependable. She had the boys pick up after themselves and always cleaned up the dishes after meals. We hope to hire Nancy again next summer!
Nancy came to our home and took care of our pup Cooper for the weekend. She is extremely sweet, kind and reliable and Cooper loved her. It was clear that the two of them had a great time while we were away and Nancy was even kind enough to send me text updates when she met with Coop regarding how he was doing and what they did on her visits. She is simply fantastic, we highly recommend Nancy and can't wait to work with her again the next time we go out of town. Thanks Nancy!!
